This was my first body composition scan. Liana was very informative and explained it all clearly so I knew what exactly what to expect. The scan itself was 3mins then we had a good in-depth discussion about my results which again Liana explained well. I would definitely recommend having this scan done as it gives you a really good idea about your lean muscle mass, bone density, body fat and gives you an action plan that you can put into place! I was seen by James who explained everything we were about to do very clearly and checked my understanding. The Dexa scan was 4 minutes and the VO2 test a little longer and both were done professionally and with care. James then took time to explain in detail the results and what I could do to Improve some of them. Would definitely recommend and have paid and rebooked for a follow up session.

All very easy from initial email enquiries to booking and then on the day. Information from the scan and VO2 test will be invaluable over the coming weeks and months. Only minor criticism is the lack of pedal clips/ straps on the bike for VO2 test. Feet were slipping off so hoping that gets sorted for the next test.
