Thinking of myself as relatively fit, it was very illuminating (and humbling) to learn my true body fat % and muscle mass. This is definitely a service that I would suggest for everyone to have at least once in their life. The clinic is located inside of a dental practice, but it wasn't difficult to find. My appointment started on time and the scan itself took less than 5 minutes and was totally non-invasive and safe. The level of detail in the report was very granular and Kevin did an amazing job at explaining what the various numbers and statistics represent, and where I am compared to others in my age group. Kevin is also a nutritionist, which was very helpful as I had many questions about how exercise, diet, and body composition go hand-in-hand. I look forward to putting in the work in the gym and coming back to see the (hopefully improved) results!

On September the 20th I had my first Dexa scan at Bodyscan. It was a great experience. Kevin was in charge of the scan and after that he gave me a detailed explanation of the scan results. He also gave me a fitness plan to follow and a calorie budget to follow as well. It’s been a month since the scan and I have been following the nutrition and fitness plan to a t, leading to weight loss and hopefully muscle gain which should show up on my next dexa scan.
