A big thank you to Cait at BodyView Whitley. Very knowledgeable and was more than happy to answer all my questions and gave me some great advice. The scan was quick but Cait really took the time to explain the results and went above and beyond helping me. I feel confident with her input that I’m going to achieve my goals and did not hesitate to book another scan for next year

Had my first dexa scan today with Cait . Cait was fantastic , very knowledgeable and really did know what she was talking about. Gave some great advice , didn’t rush us , answered all our questions . Booked our second scan in as it was that good .

I had a fantastic experience with Ashley today for my DEXA body composition and bone density scans. She was incredibly professional, knowledgeable and thorough throughout the whole appointment. Ashley took the time to explain everything clearly, talked me through my results in detail, and gave me lots of genuinely useful and practical advice based on my individual results. I particularly appreciated how approachable she was and how happy she was to answer all my questions -I came away feeling that I had learned a lot. Extremely professional and expert advice after my 1st Dexa Body Recomposition scan. Kate was amazing and talked me through all my results along with where to focus on and what to aim for in terms of goals and targets. Booked 2 more scans on the back of my results. New modern highly efficient state of the art clinic, with good parking. It was a great pleasure meeting Jack who discussed what was involved during the Dexa scan. This produced a report, a printout of which was forwarded to my GP as well as my own copy. Jack was patient enough to talk through the readings so that I had a better understanding of the final calculations and result. He shows great empathy and puts one at ease. All in all this was a very pleasant visit and I recommend this clinic very highly.

Cait at Body View is brilliant she explained the process answered all my questions and really put my mind at ease. Once the tests were done she walked me through my body composition results and she explained what I needed to focus on moving forward. I’ll never bother with the scales again. Don’t think these tests are just for gym goers and athletes, if you’re serious about understanding your body this is worth every penny. Great job Cait Thankyou.

Have used BodyView Southampton for VO2 Max testing in the past and decided now I'm retired to book a DEXA scan to check out my visceral fat levels and body composition as I age. Booking was straight forward with a simple questionnaire to fill in to explain your reasons for booking. On the day I was met promptly by Cait who sat me down to confirm my goals and explain the testing process. The scan itself only took 3 mins after which Cait walked me through all the figures and imaging results ensuring I understood each part. This has got to be the simplest way to gauge your body composition and with the explanations from the consultant receive advice on restorative action where necessary. Fortunately overall my results were very positive but did show a muscle imbalance which I can now focus on. If you want to know more about your body composition then a DEXA scan at BodyView is highly recommended.
