I was seen by James who explained everything we were about to do very clearly and checked my understanding. The Dexa scan was 4 minutes and the VO2 test a little longer and both were done professionally and with care. James then took time to explain in detail the results and what I could do to Improve some of them. Would definitely recommend and have paid and rebooked for a follow up session.

All very easy from initial email enquiries to booking and then on the day. Information from the scan and VO2 test will be invaluable over the coming weeks and months. Only minor criticism is the lack of pedal clips/ straps on the bike for VO2 test. Feet were slipping off so hoping that gets sorted for the next test.

I had a DEXA Body and Bone scan with Jack. I am 66 and was interested to know how my body is ageing and to find out if I have Osteoporosis like my mother. Jack explained the procedure clearly and made sure I understood the results of my report. I found the whole experience very positive and motivating and I came away with a plan of action. I have booked a follow up scan at a discounted rate. I would highly recommend.

I’d never had anything like this done before and found it incredibly interesting! I stopped running about a year ago due to an injury and have been focusing on strength training instead, so it was great to see how that has helped maintain my fitness, as well as highlight the areas where I still need some improvement. Sean was excellent, he went through all my results with me and made sure I fully understood what they meant. He was also more than happy to answer any questions, which made the whole experience very enjoyable. He was cheerful, patient, and professional throughout.
