Amazing service!

I loved my first DEXA scan. The place is super clean and reception was friendly. Ryan did my scan and explained the whole process in detail. Afterwards, we walked through all of my results. I can’t wait to get to work and see my progress in a few months!

I throughly enjoyed my progress DEXA scan, which gave results that I was expecting. This time I upgraded to a VO2 max test alongside my DEXA for added insight into my cardiovascular and longevity health. Saleh was very helpful with providing me with the insight from my results and created good targets for my next return. My partner and I were put at ease due to Saleh's kindness throughout. Thank you.

A positive experience, with a few suggestions for improvement. I was very impressed with the scanner's knowledge and the information provided during my DEXA scan. I was also delighted with my results. However, I was a little disappointed that the images weren't clearer, as I would have liked to see them in more detail. I'd like to question why results were being compared with average statistics for women in the USA rather than UK women. Surely UK reference data would be more relevant when interpreting results for patients here? Also ethnicity question was limited. The premises could also benefit from a little more space, also the table looking rather worn. A separate changing area would be a welcome improvement, particularly for women, as it would offer more privacy and comfort. Overall, I'm very pleased with my results and appreciated the scanner's knowledge and professionalism. With a few improvements to the facilities and the way results are presented, the experience could be even better.

I struggled a bit to find the location, it overlooks the park. Impressive building & facilities. I was booked for a Dexa scan with Sean. I went in early, Sean explained everything clearly in a friendly manner, I felt quite relaxed & confident in his care. In retrospect I would have been more comfortable with a support for my lower back, but that may not be possible with a Dexa scan, I didn’t ask & probably should have. The scan itself was only 3 or 4 minutes. Sean went through the results with me, I’ve seen cheaper scans around, but they email the results days later. I wouldn’t have been able to follow the results without Sean , so definitely worth paying the extra. I have advice now on diet & exercise to help achieve my objectives, I intend to book a follow up in a few months to check I’m on the right track. If you take your health seriously then I think this is well worth the money.

Easy to find using sat nav, Cait was welcoming and explained everything. Got results of hip scan there and then and only had to wait 24 hours for the spine scan result. Refreshments were available.
