Having come to the end of my weight loss journey and reaching goal weight, I decided to have a body composition scan with BodyView. The appointment was easy to book online and I managed to get a next day early morning Saturday appointment at the Oxford Circus, London W1 clinic with Ryan. Everything about how the scan would be carried out and what it would be measuring was explained. I was then asked some questions about my health, weighed and my height measured. The actual scan took no more than 5 minutes. I was then taken to another room where Ryan showed me the results on a computer screen and explained what they meant and where improvements could be made. All in all my results were very favourable considering my age. This was money well spent but my only regret was not having one done before my weight loss journey to have something to compare it with. I will be booking another scan for six months time.
