Very professional service. Ryan explained the whole process which was very swift and then I had a detailed discussion of results during appointment.

It was disappointing to be kept waiting for more than 20 minutes for my appointment when, as requested, I had arrived 10 minutes early. However, Liana was very efficient knowledgeable and helpful.
