I visited BodyView yesterday and the whole process was well organised and informative. Jack put me at my ease immediately explaining exactly what would happen and discussing why I had come along. My reason for making an appointment was to get a baseline for all the unknowns with a view to improving those that were not what they should be ..and taking comfort from those that looked reasonably positive. Jack was calm and knowledgeable ,taking considerable time to explain the results in a clear way and making sure I understood all the figures and findings. He was approachable and friendly and made sure I had fully grasped all the information in one section before moving on. This is my 4th DEXA scan since 2021. As I'm now in my early 50s and starting menopause, it's very important to know how my bones, muscles and visceral fat are doing. And DEXA is probably the most accurate (out of all the affordable ones) methods to give you this information. It's very revealing and very motivating to do something to improve your results. Arthur was super friendly and warm and reassuring, and very positive too:). I probably won't wait till next year Black Friday sale and will come back in 6 months or so to see if I've managed to reduce that pesky visceral fat.
