Great experience yesterday at BodyView having a VO2 max and DEXA scan. Adam was super professional, friendly and made us feel very comfortable throughout (other than the obvious discomfort of the VO2 itself..) - thank you!

I booked the Dexa Body package to give me a baseline for my current health issues. The venue in Southampton was very clean and Cait, who was discussing each element of the scan, answered every question with supporting information and some guidance for the areas that needed work, including possible tests that might be useful for perimenopause and so on. No pressure, great information. There was loads to think off, to the point that I forgot to take my raincoat with me. It was swiftly sent back by Jo, who arranged postage and provided tracking for me. Service provided was focused, comfortable, informative. I felt listened. The test was for my private health improvement journey, but if I were an athlete, I would come back right here.

I had long considered having a DEXA scan and finally decided to proceed. It was very worthwhile. I discovered that overall I was not as overweight as I thought, in medical terms, since the DEXA revealed I had 6+ kg more muscle than the gym scales estimated. Also I was pleased to see my bone density is very healthy. I am now feeling highly motivated to attain the goal weight suggested in my DEXA report. Knowledge is power, as the saying goes.
