This is my 4th DEXA scan since 2021. As I'm now in my early 50s and starting menopause, it's very important to know how my bones, muscles and visceral fat are doing. And DEXA is probably the most accurate (out of all the affordable ones) methods to give you this information. It's very revealing and very motivating to do something to improve your results. Arthur was super friendly and warm and reassuring, and very positive too:). I probably won't wait till next year Black Friday sale and will come back in 6 months or so to see if I've managed to reduce that pesky visceral fat.

Would definitely recommend if you want the Dexa scan to know about your body composition. Booking was easy and convenient online and they had good availability. I was sent a helpful reminder before the appointment with clear directions. Kevin was excellent, explaining the process clearly (the scan itself was just a few minutes and not at all uncomfortable) and then the advice and consultation afterwards was really helpful.
