I booked the DEXA Performance Scan package and the process for booking was quick and straightforward. Cait is friendly, professional and very knowledgeable. She clearly explained each scan/test and was very helpful in talking through my results on each afterwards, and gave me useful advice on where I was currently doing well and what I could improve and advice for how I could do so. Thanks very much and I will definitely be using all the information for both my training and overall health and fitness.

Extremely easy and informative process. The scans provide a lot of detail and clarity on where you stand and what needs to be worked on. Kevin was great - very friendly and knowledgeable.
