Booked onto DEXA Body & Bone - welcoming and professional premises in Richmond and a very thorough service from Ashley to talk me through my report and guide me towards better results, if I work at it. Was most impressed and hopefully will be back after I have improved on the recommendations.

Visited BodyView Richmond for a VO2 Max test run by Ashley. The test process was smooth. The test requires a maximal effort and Ashley gave clear guidance on what the protocol would be and what would happen during the test so that when the test was in progress and I was under fatigue, it was clear what would happen and what I needed to do and when. I found the test experience interesting and useful for assessing my current fitness and making decisions about future training. I would recommend BodyView Richmond to anyone seeking an insight into their health and fitness.

First time having a DEXA scan and it was a very positive experience. Kevin was informative and helpful in guiding me through the results. Useful to have data from the scan as a guide going forward. I'd recommend going to see Kevin in Marylebone as he is so knowledgeable and experienced. I learnt a lot about health maintenance and fitness training from our conversation during the appointment.
