We went in to get our body fat scan so we could get an accurate reading, and Cait made the experience amazing. She was extremely kind, patient, and attentive, and made sure we felt comfortable the entire time. She walked us through the process, explained the results clearly, and genuinely cared that we understood what everything meant and gave us tips on what was specific to our goals. Cait had warm and positive energy and I’m really grateful for her help and would absolutely recommend her to anyone.

From the very beginning I was made to feel comfortable, everything was clearly explained by Jenna and couldn’t be more helpful. Jenna was very knowledgeable, gave me time to ask any questions and although made it clear she was not a medical professional, recommending I see a doctor for further advice, provided information to help me with my bone health.
