Great experience with everything well explained by James. Will be back i few months for a follow up scan good to see what body composition is actually made up of instead of just relying on BMI

This is my 4th DEXA scan since 2021. As I'm now in my early 50s and starting menopause, it's very important to know how my bones, muscles and visceral fat are doing. And DEXA is probably the most accurate (out of all the affordable ones) methods to give you this information. It's very revealing and very motivating to do something to improve your results. Arthur was super friendly and warm and reassuring, and very positive too:). I probably won't wait till next year Black Friday sale and will come back in 6 months or so to see if I've managed to reduce that pesky visceral fat.

Really lovely staff. Very informative about what was going to happen and what the results were. Incredibly polite. The experience was entertaining and interesting to see what is going on in your own body. I will be coming again end of the year to see how my body changes with goals put in place.
