I’d never had anything like this done before and found it incredibly interesting! I stopped running about a year ago due to an injury and have been focusing on strength training instead, so it was great to see how that has helped maintain my fitness, as well as highlight the areas where I still need some improvement. Sean was excellent, he went through all my results with me and made sure I fully understood what they meant. He was also more than happy to answer any questions, which made the whole experience very enjoyable. He was cheerful, patient, and professional throughout. I would definitely recommend this to others and look forward to going back in the future to see how my results change! (Side note: the building where body view Manchester is located is stunning and smells incredible!!!!)

I attended BodyView yesterday for a body composition scan. Jack performed the scan and talked me through the very detailed report afterwards. If you're thinking about this service but are unsure - just do it, you'll wish you'd done it a long time ago! Jack was very patient (I had a fair few questions) and did a great job of helping me understand the scan output, and how I could use this to help achieve my own goals. I'll definitely be back in a few months for a comparison scan to check on my progress. Just to give some context: I'm not a sportsman or athlete, just a regular guy wishing to improve my body composition and overall health. I recommend this service for anyone looking to make positive changes to their health. I just wish I'd 'found' it sooner.
