I booked a DEXA Osteoporosis Scan & DEXA Body Composition to understand my current bone density as I know osteoporosis is a hidden disease, to check I am doing the right things to reduce my risk of this. Jenna who ran my session was lovely, knowledgeable and reassuring and provided a thorough explanation of what the scans were, how it worked and then the results themselves and an action plan. Having knowledge about my bone health is power, so long as I then take action with that knowledge, so knowing my results means I'll continue to focus on my strength training and plyometrics and with my body fat being a challenge, this means I will up my focus on improving this to ensure I have great health.
