Decided to get a Dexa scan as wanted to understand my muscle / body weight distribution following my ongoing weight loss journey. Really glad I did as the scan is excellent at presenting the information in a clear and concise manner and more importantly, a route map for how and where to improve. Body View were excellent in their communication to me at all stages of the process and Cait who took me through the actual scan was not only really professional but also very nice which made the scan so easy. Cait’s explanation of the actual results was really good and I will certainly be back for a comparative scan in 6 months time to see where I am at. Throughly recommend!

I had a truly fabulous appointment with Jack today. The facility was easy to find with good parking and was very clean. Of course I wasn't going to BodyView for the parking, I was going there for a DEXA scan with a focus on the measurement of muscle mass and fat mass in particular. There was the scan itself which was dead straightforward but it was Jack''s skill and competence in interpreting the scan results which I needed to tap into. As someone that likes to take the science of lifting seriously I was blown away by Jack's knowledge, he was clearly able to interpret the scan results with ease but was also very skilled in answering the left-field questions I had. I was extremely impressed with everything that BodyView and Jack had to offer and I am already looking forward to my progress scan in March where I am sure that the guidance Jack provided will have resulted in the body changes that I require.

I had my first DEXA scan at BodyView Southampton and it was a great experience. From the moment I walked in, Cait was welcoming, friendly, and made me feel completely comfortable. She explained the whole process clearly and was happy to answer all my questions. The building is really modern, clean, and welcoming, it feels professional but not intimidating at all. The scan/tests were quick and easy, and afterwards Cait went through my results in detail, making sure I understood everything. She genuinely cared about helping me on my health and weight loss journey.
