I had a body scan yesterday and if you're thinking about it I can really recommend the experience. I'd recently lost weight and wanted to get a more accurate baseline on key indicators than my Withings scales. The scan itself takes around 3 minutes and then Rob takes your through stats like your BMI, visceral fat, muscle etc. and makes recommendations on what to do next. It was especially worthwhile for me as it highlighted that having lost weight (great) I really need to focus on building muscle for future health (which will be a personal challenge). Rob is friendly and very knowledgeable and made the process easy and helpful. If you're worried that you may be intimidated by the process I would say definitely not, go for it!

Half the price of the same test at HCA. Quickly arranged. Received helpful advice on the right test for me which wasn't the one I'd booked and an alternative was booked for me. I really appreciated the initiative and advice. Test itself was on-time, quick and straightforward. Rob explained the results clearly and well and answered all of my questions. As a bigger person, I was initially really nervous about coming here as I just worried (completely unnecessarily) that I'd be judged, but actually I left wishing I'd come at the start of my weight loss journey so I could have seen my progress so far. Kevin was informative, helpful and encouraging, and the results are in-depth and a really useful way to get a clear picture of your health.
