I had a really positive experience with my DEXA scan. The check-in process was smooth and straightforward, and the instructions for finding the location were clear and easy to follow. Kevin was friendly and professional, and he explained my DEXA report thoroughly in a way that was easy to understand. Was always curious about doing a Dexa to see what my overall Bone, fat distribution were and knowing what my visceral fat levels were, booked with bodyscan UK in London. The Dexa scan was carried out by Rob who explained and put me at ease with the information as we were going through the scan, the result was nothing short of amazing and i was truly shocked but very happy with it. I had a DEXA scan this morning with Ryan. The whole experience was excellent! We first spoke about my background and goals for the scan, I explained I’d just lost a fair amount of weight and wanted a baseline scan - apparently this is fairly common! We went through some information about the scan, and then the scan itself took around 5 minutes, and about another 5 minutes for the results. The results themselves were comprehensive and detailed. I learnt a lot about the state of my body and what I need to do for optimum health. Ryan gave a lot of very helpful advice and we chatted for a while. I didn’t feel rushed at all and the service felt very personalised, even giving advice around specific exercises I can do in the gym given a small joint issue I have. Overall I rate the service very highly, and the amount of information within the report is great! I’ll definitely be back for a progress scan in a few months after starting to lift properly, this has really motivated me to keep going, thanks Ryan!

I had a DEXA body composition and bone scan with Rob at BodyScan and found the whole experience extremely valuable. Rob clearly knows his stuff. He interpreted the data with real clarity and confidence, and explained everything in a way that felt relevant to me rather than just reading numbers from a screen. I’m not an athlete. I simply wanted to benchmark my health properly and understand what was actually going on beyond weight and BMI, which don’t really tell you anything meaningful. Both scans gave me clear, accurate data and, more importantly, explained with practical context I can actually use - and will. We talked through the results straight away and I had plenty of opportunity to ask questions. I left with a detailed printed report and later received a PDF by email, which has made it easy to reflect on everything afterwards. The clinic was accessible, efficient and good value for money. In fact, it was worth every penny. Being my first scan I've realised that accuracy is essential to my goals and there's simply no comparison to consumer smart scales, which don't always estimate health markers accurately and personally were sending me in a different direction. I’m genuinely delighted I came across BodyScan. Having this kind of insightful health data allows you to take a considered and pragmatic approach to your long-term health, and I think many more people could benefit from it.
