Very quick and efficient session, the scan only takes a couple of minutes and results are produced instantly for review. Arthur who ran the scan was very good, we had a very helpful discussion afterwards about my results

I am so glad I had Dexa scan. I chose to do it mostly because I wanted to get the calorie deficit right for my age/health/fitness goals. I wish I had done it six months ago, as I would have learnt then that my original deficit was way too low! But I came out of the scan with more useful information especially when it comes to my visceral fat (very good) and my bone density which is not great, but I know what to do to improve it now. I appreciated the advice I received from Arthur and I really enjoyed talking to him. I will be back in 6 months time!

Fantastic service. Kevin Garde was very professional whilst being easy to speak to, starting with a discussion on current goals and sport specific questions then conducting the DEXA scan. The results were thoroughly discussed and relatively easy to digest, any follow Q’s were met with great answers and linked back to competition goals. If anyone’s serious to any degree about their sport/health, should have a DEXA scan done here

The scan process was entirely as described online so in line with expectations eg very easy/convenient and delivering exactly the detailed report that I needed. The surprising added value came from Kevin who provided a very comprehensive analysis of my stats demonstrating his clear knowledge and expertise. I hadn't initially booked a follow up session but I did so purely on the strength of his service and advice regarding what improvements I could make to my exercise regime. I hope he's still involved when I revist in a few months
