I had my DEXA scan today and I’m honestly buzzing about the results! My numbers were amazing and it felt like such a big win for all the work I’ve been putting in. Rob was brilliant from start to finish – really detailed, super thorough, and he never made me feel rushed or silly for asking questions. He took the time to talk through my health and fitness goals and helped me understand exactly what the results mean for my next steps. I had a very good experience with my recent scan. Liana was great. She's clearly very knowledgeable about osteoporosis and is very experienced and patient at explaining the results. She spent a great deal a time helping me compare my results with previous scans and gave me ideas for how to take things forward. I hope to see her again at my next scan in a year's time.
