First time I did a Dexa scan was with Arthur, who helped me learn so much about my body by putting my results into context. The scan itself presents you with so much meaningful information around body fat percentage (much higher than my PT & I had estimated), lean mass, fat distribution in the body, bone density etc. The fact that Arthur sat down with me to go through each metric was very valuable, and seeing how I rank against the wider population also provided meaningful insights. Based on my calculated resting metabolic rate and maintenance calories, we derived some realistic goals around lean bulking to put on more weight. Thanks Arthur!
