⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I had my DEXA + 3D scan today at BodyView Birmingham and honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. James was absolutely brilliant from start to finish. He made me feel completely comfortable, explained everything clearly, and took the time to make sure I actually understood the results rather than just throwing numbers at me. He was extremely knowledgeable, approachable, and genuinely invested in helping me use the data properly. The session has really locked me in mentally for the long term, this isn’t a one-off for me anymore. I’ll definitely be continuing with BodyView as part of my fitness and health journey, and I’m already looking forward to future sessions. Extremely easy and informative process. The scans provide a lot of detail and clarity on where you stand and what needs to be worked on. Kevin was great - very friendly and knowledgeable. I had no hesitation in booking a follow up to measure my progress in a few months. The scan confirmed my concerns about visceral fat and could well be a very timely intervention. With current January and in person discounts I would highly recommend to anyone serious about their health.
