Simply amazing! Had always considered one for ages, however well worth it right now. I loved seeing the different compositions and was it super interesting to learn. What I thought would be a problem, was in fact ok, and the real issue is something else (ie muscle!). Really brought home some of the problems, however left feeling motivated, well educated and inspired to do more - thanks Rob for explaining everything in such a calm, non-judgemental and clear way! If you are looking to understand your body better I highly recommend booking a DEXA scan with Bodyscan. There is no hiding place from the scan and the resulting metrics give a clear picture of your body composition. Rob did the scan for me and he is a top bloke, very knowledgeable and able to explain your results in a relatable way. I don't think there is a more comprehensive way to understand and monitor your body composition and that is a great starting point to improve your health.
