I had a body scan as a gift from my friend. It’s a great way to see where you’re at in terms of your muscle, bone and fat and to some of us a wake up call to start taking our health and well-being more seriously. Kevin has been very informative and emphatic and also supportive in giving me ideas on how to reduce stress in my work and how to take small steps in reaching my goals. Having been a bit stuck with my training for a while, I decided to take a dexa scan. The information was super insightful and the advice I got from Rob was great.
