Excellent scan and consultation to set goals for future training and diet. Phillip is very informed and understood my idea for body composition change. We set goals and I hope to see results with next scan that I hope to do one day. REMEMBER: our body capacity to store fat is nearly unlimited- so ******* limit it with your workout, diet, good sleep and adherence! Do scan to have a clear goal where you wanna be!

A very useful exercise with Philip , provided me with an accurate indication on visceral fat, comforting to know I don’t have a hidden issue. Also provided confirmation on current muscle mass levels and a great discussion with Philip about how to improve that metric via nutrition and exercise.
