I had my first consultation and body scan today and I cannot recommend it enough! It was incredibly thorough and detailed and such a great motivator for your fitness and health goals. Rob was absolutely brilliant and not only did we have a fantastic and in depth consultation but we also had a lot of fun; he is very knowledgeable and personable. Very much looking forward to my follow up progress scan in 6 months! I think a body scan is a perfect tool to keep you focused and motivated so I'm really glad I took the plunge.
