Very useful. I have smart scales at home that on top of other things show body fat % and apparently my scales are not accurate at all :) Another thing is that you might have hidden visceral fat that is not visible. With Bodyscan I see the full picture in what areas I have an excess and I can change my diet/exercise program accordingly. Kevin was very helpful explaining all results and most importantly recommended what to do to achieve better results. Not cheap but worth it.

Very happy with my visit to Bodyscan W1. The directions were clear, the waiting room was nice, and the appointment ran on time. I came away with a detailed analysis of my body fat and lean mass levels, which I found very useful for setting my future personal goals. Slightly low bone density was also highlighted (something I wasn't thinking about) and I will take some preventative measures as a result. I was offered a prepaid future scan at a discount, to be taken in the next 12 months and agreed without hesitation, as I know I will be back in a few months for a retest.
