Visited BodyView Richmond for a VO2 Max test run by Ashley. The test process was smooth. The test requires a maximal effort and Ashley gave clear guidance on what the protocol would be and what would happen during the test so that when the test was in progress and I was under fatigue, it was clear what would happen and what I needed to do and when. I found the test experience interesting and useful for assessing my current fitness and making decisions about future training. I recommend this place if you are looking for a professional approach, a friendly atmosphere and a thorough check of your body and capabilities. I used the Athlet package, which contains all the offered forms of testing and is satisfied with both the course of the tests and the results themselves. I took these tests to know where I am at the moment and taking into account my result of 100% (not counting low body fat) I think it's a great starting point. And that's what I wanted during this visit.
