As a bigger person, I was initially really nervous about coming here as I just worried (completely unnecessarily) that I'd be judged, but actually I left wishing I'd come at the start of my weight loss journey so I could have seen my progress so far. Kevin was informative, helpful and encouraging, and the results are in-depth and a really useful way to get a clear picture of your health. It's definitely given me even more motivation to reach my goals and although I've still got a long way to go, I was over the moon to see that all the hard work I'm putting in strength training is really paying off, as it's not always obvious to see when you're bigger. 70lb down, 52lb to go, and I'll be back in a year to see how that's progressing! 💪 Thank you Kevin/BodyScan 😊

Following my body composition scan I had the Bone Density scan. I already knew I had Osteoporosis but having the results explained properly to me and how I can help myself was really useful. Rob is really good at going through it all with you and answering any questions.
