This is my first VO2 max dexa scan and I really enjoyed it. Our instructor Cait was very helpful indeed with everything and kept all tests going really smoothly. The report is very thorough. I booked a follow up VO2 max dexa scan to track my progress in 6 month time. Really look forward 😊😊

Fascinating insight into my physical health…..which thankfully is better than I expected. A very interesting half hour ….the scan is very quick but reveals all sorts of interesting data. Jack is friendly and professional, and ready to explain everything and answer questions. I would definitely recommend having a scan done here if you are interested in how healthy your body composition REALLY is.

I wanted to on progress after 6 months of dieting, the scan is really well explained and Jack prepared me for everything that would take place. The scan is only 3 mins. The results are comprehensive and really well explained. For anyone interested in health, fitness and/or longevity markers and I’d highly recommend

I went in for a full Performance appointment. Cait was incredibly friendly, professional and explained everything so clearly from start to finish. The results were all explained in depth and no question was too silly or trivial to ask. Really pleased and glad I managed to get an appointment on this work trip.

Great service

The process of getting the scans (DEXA +3D) done was incredibly efficient and we spent most of the appointment time talking about the results. Jack was incredibly friendly/knowledgeable and guided me through my results in a comprehensive way + gave me guidance on improvements I could make to my lifestyle to improve them.

I had booked a 3D Dexa and body composition scan, and very quickly put at ease by the staff. I was also exceptionally happy with the personalised results that I received. Going through every detail with Cait was so helpful, she was very knowledgeable and made some great suggestions to improve my overall fitness and strength. I would definitely recommend this service to everyone.
