I am so glad I did a DEXA scan. The scan itself was simple and straight forward. Rob was really supportive and knowledgeable in his explanation of my results. He simply explained the areas I need improving and suggested realistic strategies. I was also relieved and happy to know the work I’ve been doing on myself really is having a profound effect on slowing down the ageing process. Testing is so much better than guessing! I’ve even paid for my next scan to do whenever I’m ready to see my progress. I highly recommend to anybody wanting to learn and measure their various markers to include a DEXA scan here in London. Great experience visiting for a DEXA scan today. The venue is slick and the whole process was relaxed yet professional. The scan itself was quick and Rob then walked me through the raft of numbers, comparing to my previous scan (8 years ago) as well as percentile tables. This scan has provided some valuable information I would not have been aware of, and Rob advised on the specific actions I should prioritise to move forward, taking my injury, diet and training history into account. This is the perfect kick-off point for the new year and I have already booked further progress scans.

I visited the London branch to get a DEXA scan. I was a little confused initially at the directions to get there but was able to get there just fine with plenty of time to spare. Before arriving, I’d received a few email and text reminders which I loved because it kept at the top of my mind. My analyst Rob was very friendly and welcoming, which was great because I was a little bit nervous. I decided to get a scan because I’m halfwayish through a weight loss journey and I didn’t know where to stop. Rob gave me a full detailed explanation of all of my stats and where I was, how much weight I probably would need to lose to get my desired physique. He was able to answer all my questions that I had as well. Highly recommend! I’ve told my friends and family about it.

I had my three month progress scan today and was stunned by the results. I have successfully shed a significant amount of fat, gained muscle, and am elated to report a loss of 20% of my visceral fat.
