The appointment went smoothly and the report was very comprehensive. Would especially recommend in light of the fact that most scales which give body fat readings are 1) inaccurate and 2) they don't break down the body fat readings which is important considering that belly fat is the most determinantal fat.

Like many others recently, I had a Dexa scan after reading Dr Peter Attia's book, Outlive. At 66, I've been on a fitness and nutrition journey over the past few years but I had no insight into my body composition other than what my bathroom scale told me. Kevin was extremely knowledgeable and explained each of my scores in a way even I could understand. I now feel much better informed which will allow me to make some adjustments to my training programme to meet my strength, stability, cardio and muscle mass goals. A very knowledgeable Rob took me through the findings: scary at just what a scan taking a matter of minutes reveals about one's body. That said - this is why I went for a scan, and if I have the persistence to act on Rob's advice - I will be a lot healthier in 9 months' time. This guy explained the results in simple terms - which was both welcome and unsettling: better to know than not, so a good decision by myself to get scanned.
