Would heartily recommend, in fact will recommend to family and friends. This was my first, baseline scan, so I can't comment yet on how effective this will be for helping me meet my goals for the year but I'm motivated by clear metrics so can see this being very useful for me. Really happy with my experiences through Bodyscan. Booked my initial one because I had tipped over into the overweight BMI category and wanted to see what was going on under the hood. The results were quite shocking, but the information Rob gave me was exactly what I needed to make sustainable changes. 14 weeks on and my follow up scan shows a drop in fat and an increase in muscle, which is exactly what we were aiming for. My wife I went to Bodyscan for our first DEXA Scan. Everything about the service is first-class, from our trying to find a very short-notice booking for 2 people, in an evening (Joanna on email was fantastic, and so helpful) - to the clear instructions on where to arrive, when, wearing what etc... Our scan itself was done by Kevin, who is very knowledgeable, professional, patient, and really takes the time to make sure you understand the results, what they mean for you, what you might work on, and how to achieve those results. It was that insight we found most beneficial - being lumped with a load of data isn't always helpful. But Kevin deciphering and bringing it to life is what made me leave motivated to do something about improving the results for our next scan in 2 weeks! Would definitely and highly recommend Bodyscan for anyone wanting to learn more about their body composition. Especially if you're undergoing any form of change (diet, exercise etc) - it's so helpful having a baseline, and being able to target exactly what you're working on, or looking to change.

I'm really happy with this body scan Allows me to play around with my diet and see what's working well and what's not. Data is key. Will also mention that I was using a scan called Skyku before. Which is total nonsense. Had a few scans and nonsensical results, such as losing several kg and showing an increase in body fat % total guesswork algorithm. It was only when I attended a proper Dexa bodyscan with proper equipment that I realised it's the only reliable scan with accurate data. And won't be using any other service again. It's also a way of having accountability in a way. Sticking to the plan.
