Leave yourself plenty of time as there's no signage outside (it's in BUPA). Rob was a lovely guy, took me through everything and explained results in a way that made sense. If you want to know accurately what's happening with your body comp, this is the place to go.

Arthur was great to talk to following my dexa scan. He showed good empathy and picked up that I was a bit disappointed with my report but we moved past it to talk about what we can do going forward. He had good knowledge of the various metrics the scan produces and was able to explain them simply whilst giving advice on diet and training. Hope to see him again if I get another scan
