Interesting and very useful experience. I already had an awareness of some of my metrics but the scans showed some of these to be more extreme than I had expected. The scan was done by Rob who was very friendly and helpful in explaining the various numbers and suggesting a course of action to address the deficiencies. For me, it was definitely worth doing.

It was really an eye opening experience. I always wanted to try having the scan and this experience gave me a better understanding of my body composition and what I can to do attain my body goals. Everyone was also very nice and polite. Arthur was very good in explaining to us the results. Looking forward to repeating the scan again and be able to see the results.
