Great communication, Scan was simple and not at all like an MRI, no claustrophobia. Everything was explained, didn't feel rushed. Action plan put in place - operation lose some fat. I thought I was fit and healthy and was surprised at the visceral fat around my organs. Everyone should get a BodyScan large or small.

One of Michael Mosley’s health TV programmes prompted me to book a body composition scan with The Body Scan. The results revealed that my ratio of visceral body fat was too high and my muscle mass was too low – Vital statistics which I was unaware of because my friends would say I am slim but which put me at risk of a range of health issues later on in life.The body scan only lasted a few minutes. The detailed results were clearly explained, and so were the targets to change my body composition. It was literally a wake-up call. I left armed with clear targets which prompted me to embark on a nutritional & exercise regime.Nine months on, the follow-up scan, which I recommend if you really want to see your progress, revealed that I had lost 2.7 kg of visceral body fat but increased my muscle mass by 1 kg. The whole experience was very straightforward and put me in control of my future health. A well-worth investment.
