Chose Bodyscan as wanted a dexa scan for an accurate measurement of body fat % After the scan when you discuss your results you don't only find out your fat percentage but also data regarding visceral fat, muscle and bone density I found the consultation with Rob fun and encouraging and actually signed up for a future scan when leaving so that I can track my progress

I had a body scan as a gift from my friend. It’s a great way to see where you’re at in terms of your muscle, bone and fat and to some of us a wake up call to start taking our health and well-being more seriously. Kevin has been very informative and emphatic and also supportive in giving me ideas on how to reduce stress in my work and how to take small steps in reaching my goals. Many thanks I will return to check and monitor my progress.

I had a great experience with Rob doing my Bodyscan. Really interesting to learn more about my body composition and the intricate details around muscle percentages. I love being able to base my training off of real data that I can then measure and look back at in terms of progress. Rob was awesome, teaching me all about the scan, what everything meant and how I can incorporate the learnings it into my training. Will be making this a regular thing for sure. Having been a bit stuck with my training for a while, I decided to take a dexa scan. The information was super insightful and the advice I got from Rob was great. He explained everything so clearly and gave me an action plan to follow. After three months I am seeing real results. The follow up scan confirmed I am going in the right direction and that my training and diet is working. Looking forward to seeing the next report in three months time.

It's incredible how much you can get through this consultation. Philip goes into great detail about what you need to know about your body and how to move on. I feel motivated enough to make this a yearly habit.
