Excellent service from start to finish! I was simply curious about how my body fat and muscle composition really were when compared to the home test variants I've been using over the years. Definitely not going to use the home tests as frequently anymore. I learnt quite a bit more about the muscle and bone side of things, which I did not know before. Will be incorporating some resistance training in the future as my results show I could benefit massively from doing so. Philip's explanation of the results was crystal clear and informative. When queried on specifics, he gave detailed responses and noted different caveats where relevant. If I seriously pursue muscle gain programs in the future, I definitely will come back here for a follow up on my true progress. Highly recommend this service to anyone that wants to understand where they actually stand. Will be referring my family members as I think they would benefit from body fat findings and consult. 10/10! :)

The scan only lasts for about 3 mins but the information gained from it is awesome. Full body measurements shows, body fat, visceral fat, lean mass, bone density and many many more and then splits into upper body, lower body and further segments of legs, arms and torso. The best part was when Kevin thoroughly explained each part of the report. If you want to make changes to your body (without cosmetic surgery) , then this would be a great place to start. I would definitely recommend them.
