Amazing experience at Bodyscan today. I went to check my body composition to see what I needed to work on in my fitness journey. I saw Philip and he was amazing, he has a wealth of knowledge and you can ask him anything. He explained everything in detail to make it understandable, i was pleasantly surprised with some of the results. I have some things to work on which I will started working on now and Ive already booked in a follow up scan to check my progress. I've long thought about having a DEXA Scan, but it always seemed a bit hard or complex. Having just done one with Kevin at Bodyscan, I realize how wrong I was. It was quick, simple, professional, and provided me an extra level of detail I'd not had into my health before. This was a follow up scan ,where i was informed i had lost my weight too quickly and as a result lost some lean muscle, this was very disappointing at the time. Rob said not worry it can be fixed with a change to your calorie intake for 3 months and then come back for a re scan . excellent service by Rob who laid out everything in detail.
