Chose Bodyscan as wanted a dexa scan for an accurate measurement of body fat % After the scan when you discuss your results you don't only find out your fat percentage but also data regarding visceral fat, muscle and bone density I found the consultation with Rob fun and encouraging and actually signed up for a future scan when leaving so that I can track my progress

I had a great experience with Rob doing my Bodyscan. Really interesting to learn more about my body composition and the intricate details around muscle percentages. I love being able to base my training off of real data that I can then measure and look back at in terms of progress.
