What a motivating experience! We had our first dexascan a year ago, and with Rob's help, we set our goals for the year. We just had the follow-up scans and were so happy to see that we achieved our goals (to lose fat and gain lean mass, aka muscle). Rob interpreted the results for us, and again has helped us to set goals for the year ahead. The most important thing about all of this is that we are doing what we can to improve our health as we age. Everyone should do this!

Amazing experience at Bodyscan today. I went to check my body composition to see what I needed to work on in my fitness journey. I saw Philip and he was amazing, he has a wealth of knowledge and you can ask him anything. He explained everything in detail to make it understandable, i was pleasantly surprised with some of the results. I have some things to work on which I will started working on now and Ive already booked in a follow up scan to check my progress. I've long thought about having a DEXA Scan, but it always seemed a bit hard or complex. Having just done one with Kevin at Bodyscan, I realize how wrong I was. It was quick, simple, professional, and provided me an extra level of detail I'd not had into my health before. I was especially surprised about my metabolic rate, something not easily available otherwise. I recommend booking yourself in!
