This was exactly as described and expected. Very professional and thorough. Rob has explained everything very well and I left the room knowing where I am now and where I need to be. Surprised by the results as my personal hypothesis going in was pretty much the opposite of the reality.It is a lot of data and can be overwhelming on first sight but I can assure you Rob will explain it very well!

Simply superb. Amazing way to create accountability for your self and your progress. What gets Measured gets Managed. If you track regularly and have your goals set out then Dexa body scan can really inform your progress over time so that you can make adjustments to your training. Call out to Rob who has done my recent scans and the amazing nuggets of wisdom from him on fine tuning my approach to fitness. I’ve been doing these scans periodically for the last 7 years now! I have been going for scans at Bodyscan for a few years now. Currently twice a year.My aim, as a woman in my 50’s, is to use the scan information to assist in maintaining/increasing my muscle mass whilst trying to reduce/minimise visceral fat, as I age. I had a baseline Dexa scan done in the middle of February and found the whole experience extremely helpful and insightful. My motivation for getting the information that this scan provides was both weight and health related and I was not disappointed. Kevin walked me through my results and was very helpful in discussing how to progress from here. I will admit I had a bit of a necessary shock in terms of my body fat and it’s definitely provided a further incentive to do something proactive about it. The body scan is an excellent resource for serious athletes and non-athletes alike. The information such as body fat (including visceral fat) and lean tissue really gives valuable information as too how much weight (body fat) someone needs to lose in order to get into a healthy state as compared to your peers. It also has given me the motivation in what I need to do to reach my weight, health indeed fitness goals (I am a 48 year old male). The location of Bodyscan (central London) is perfect and Rob (who carried out the scan) was incredibly knowledgeable and explained the findings of the scan in easy to understand language. Amazing service. I went there to have a full body scan as my personal trainer recommended it. It is so nice to actually see data where the fat is located and the next steps towards my physique goal.
