He was very supportive and made sure I understood the results and we then discussed the next steps for me. I felt comfortable and was very happy and relaxed throughout the session. Would heartily recommend, in fact will recommend to family and friends. This was my first, baseline scan, so I can't comment yet on how effective this will be for helping me meet my goals for the year but I'm motivated by clear metrics so can see this being very useful for me.
