I had Kevin for my meeting and he was so amazing - I am so happy I went. Not only did I get the essential info, he broke it down in a way that was easy to to comprehend on what needed to be improved.... and what was going well!All in all I left the meeting motivated and with the clearest idea of the goal I am trying to achieve.... which the actual body scan breaks down so specifically. Plus, I learnt matter of fact points about my body that I never would have not known if it wasn't for taking a Dexa. I really do recommend it to anyone who is seeking to know where their body should be physically.I will for sure be attending in a another 6 months.... and requesting for Kevin 😀 he's awesome and is super knowledgeable!10/10 would highly recommend 👌
