REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

PAYMENT
Full payment is required on all online bookings in advance of your DEXA scan.  You can pay with MasterCard and Visa credit and debit cards.  When you make your online booking at bodyscanuk.com you will receive an email confirmation shortly after making your booking.  You will also receive an email reminder and an SMS (text) reminder closer to your appointment.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Our cancellation policy is as follows:

– Cancel or change at least 24 hours before start of appointment – no penalty
– Cancel within 24 hours of appointment time or no-show – 100% of payment forfeited

All cancellations should be made online at bodyscanuk.com or by signing in here and selecting ‘Your bookings’. The cancellation policy applies to single scans and to the individual scans in packages of multiple scans. The cancellation policy applies regardless of whether you applied a promotion code to your booking, and whether or not you were referred, or the scan was given to you, by a fitness professional.

If there are extenuating circumstances to any cancellation Bodyscan may, at its absolute discretion, provide you with a credit that can be used to re-book an appointment.

MECHANICAL/ELECTRICAL BREAKDOWNS
In the unlikely event of a mechanical or electrical breakdown, or a staffing issue that prevents us from performing your scan, we will give you a choice of a full refund or a credit to re-book the appointment.

VALUABLES
No responsibility can be accepted by the Company for the safety of money or valuables of any kind brought to Bodyscan.  If you do bring valuable items it is essential they be covered by your own insurance.
