I had a DEXA scan this morning with Ryan. The whole experience was excellent! We first spoke about my background and goals for the scan, I explained I’d just lost a fair amount of weight and wanted a baseline scan - apparently this is fairly common! We went through some information about the scan, and then the scan itself took around 5 minutes, and about another 5 minutes for the results. The results themselves were comprehensive and detailed. I learnt a lot about the state of my body and what I need to do for optimum health. Ryan gave a lot of very helpful advice and we chatted for a while. I didn’t feel rushed at all and the service felt very personalised, even giving advice around specific exercises I can do in the gym given a small joint issue I have. Overall I rate the service very highly, and the amount of information within the report is great! I’ll definitely be back for a progress scan in a few months after starting to lift properly, this has really motivated me to keep going, thanks Ryan!

Got some great insights on fat & muscle mass. Adam was excellent & very knowledgeable, making the whole process run smoothly.

It was a great experience! Very helpful to see where I need to work on. Saleh is super knowledgeable about the protein and gave me good suggestion with my personal action plan.
