Was always curious about doing a Dexa to see what my overall Bone, fat distribution were and knowing what my visceral fat levels were, booked with bodyscan UK in London. The Dexa scan was carried out by Rob who explained and put me at ease with the information as we were going through the scan, the result was nothing short of amazing and i was truly shocked but very happy with it. Post scan, Rob explained each section thoroughly, with a lot of enthusiasm and encouragement, exactly what to do with areas that we were short on, easy and simple to understand him and very encouraging with the life style that i am leading.
