What a great experience. Having never had a DEXA scan before, I was genuinely impressed by how detailed and useful the data is — it really helps signpost the way forward for both health and fitness. Visited BodyView Richmond for a VO2 Max test run by Ashley. The test process was smooth. The test requires a maximal effort and Ashley gave clear guidance on what the protocol would be and what would happen during the test so that when the test was in progress and I was under fatigue, it was clear what would happen and what I needed to do and when. I found the test experience interesting and useful for assessing my current fitness and making decisions about future training. I would recommend BodyView Richmond to anyone seeking an insight into their health and fitness.
