It's very rare that I leave a review for anything. However, I have now been coming to BodyScan UK at Marylebone for 4 years to monitor my progress and keep myself accountable so I feel like I now have a good sample set. At my very first scan in 2021 Rob was very thorough, professional and supportive despite my nervousness. He went through the whole report in great detail outlining all the numbers and their significance. Then, as opposed to just prescribing a plan of action he heard what my thoughts were, what I'd tried and what I'd felt did or didn't work for me before offering feedback and advice on how I could increase my odds of success. Since that first scan even though it's always several months between visits, it's been a pillar of support throughout my fat loss journey. Rob's been there each time to listen to what actions I've been taking and we've been able to talk about how those actions have affected my body composition each time, and every time I've left with a solid idea of what to try (and what not to try) next time. It's been invaluable in discovering what approaches work for me as an individual. As for cost, yes it's not something you could (or should) do without careful consideration, but I definitely see it as an investment in myself that I have seen pay dividends. I was particularly impressed recently where at my latest scan I had shown up to a broken DEXA scanner. But in consideration for my travel time Rob and the team went above and beyond to squeeze me at the City branch while I was still in London. Which was particularly appreciated because it happened to be the scan in which I finally surpassed my intended body composition target! On this note Arthur at the London City branch, despite being put a bit on the spot on my account, was very warm and friendly throughout our last minute appointment. So in case it's not already obvious, I would wholeheartedly recommend BodyScan for tracking your body composition journey.
