I went for my first DEXA scan this week, to get an overview of my bone density, muscle and fat distributions, and clarify my fitness goals. I'm a double below-knee amputee and can't use biometric scales so wasn't sure what to expect to be shown - I was quite nervous. Rob was very professional and approachable, and once the scan was done he provided results on the spot, which he thoroughly explained and provided excellent guidance on. The data in the report is presented clearly, is easy to understand and has given me the assurance I needed that my training to date has been reaping the intended results. Using the indications and recommendations on the report, I now have a clear target for future exercise and diet adjustments. Would definitely recommend.

Always dependable for a scan when I've needed it. Very quick service, in and out. Detailed reports. I had my 3rd scan this week, the first 2 having been done in 2018 and 2019. My records were still with them and I was able to see the changes over the last 6 years. Will be visiting again before the year ends.
