I went for my first DEXA scan this week, to get an overview of my bone density, muscle and fat distributions, and clarify my fitness goals. I'm a double below-knee amputee and can't use biometric scales so wasn't sure what to expect to be shown - I was quite nervous. Rob was very professional and approachable, and once the scan was done he provided results on the spot, which he thoroughly explained and provided excellent guidance on. The data in the report is presented clearly, is easy to understand and has given me the assurance I needed that my training to date has been reaping the intended results. Using the indications and recommendations on the report, I now have a clear target for future exercise and diet adjustments. Would definitely recommend.

Was always curious about doing a Dexa to see what my overall Bone, fat distribution were and knowing what my visceral fat levels were, booked with bodyscan UK in London. The Dexa scan was carried out by Rob who explained and put me at ease with the information as we were going through the scan, the result was nothing short of amazing and i was truly shocked but very happy with it.
