Honestly, I’ve tried other services bodpod, inbody, but as the saying goes you get what you pay for! The dexa scan will give you the most accurate reading, giving you a good foundation for your nutritional/fitness journey. As a bigger person, I was initially really nervous about coming here as I just worried (completely unnecessarily) that I'd be judged, but actually I left wishing I'd come at the start of my weight loss journey so I could have seen my progress so far.
