Would definitely recommend if you want the Dexa scan to know about your body composition. Booking was easy and convenient online and they had good availability. I was sent a helpful reminder before the appointment with clear directions. Kevin was excellent, explaining the process clearly (the scan itself was just a few minutes and not at all uncomfortable) and then the advice and consultation afterwards was really helpful. I was impressed with the presentation of the results - lots of helpful information in there, clearly presented.and the opportunity to ask questions and get advice. I was in and out in 35 mins with all the info I wanted. Overall a really great service.

As a personal training studio we send Clients to BodyScan for Dexa's frequently. With the change of hands I've been in contact with Jo to help me understand the new system. Jo has been incredible and she has not only clarified details on the new reports for me, she's gone to great lengths to help me understand the difference in the system, to set us up on a highly efficient system, she's clarified the industry standards, the research behind the calibration of the machines and has gone to great lengths to make sure there's complete transparency. I very much enjoyed my experience with body scan, Kevin was very chatty and knowledgable. The place itself could do with a bit of a spruce up but over all everything was positive. I would definitely go back in fact I might do the more specific bone scan next time. Thanks Kevin see you next time.

Kevin was welcoming, friendly and helpful. He explained the process and discussed the results of the scan. He had many suggestions about what to do next to improve my health. I wish I had done this scan two years ago!

An amazing experience for anyone who just wants to get some accurate health markers and what tweaks need to be adopted to help with longevity, health and body composition. I was pleasantly surprised to see the results and the amount of lean mass was great. My coach was also excited to see the results and was a good talking point for our weekly checkpoint. I'll definitely be back in the next 6-9 months to get another reading next time I'm down to London. Kevin was superb in explaining the output as there's quite a bit of complexity where he took the time to explain each of the sections in detail. It was a double bonus that Kevin is a trained Nutritionist giving me pointers around the protein intake which was refreshing knowing that I could still make progress on consuming slightly less protein than what my coach has prescribed to me. All in all a worthwhile trip and definitely value for money.

I am so glad I had Dexa scan. I chose to do it mostly because I wanted to get the calorie deficit right for my age/health/fitness goals. I wish I had done it six months ago, as I would have learnt then that my original deficit was way too low! But I came out of the scan with more useful information especially when it comes to my visceral fat (very good) and my bone density which is not great, but I know what to do to improve it now. I appreciated the advice I received from Arthur and I really enjoyed talking to him. I will be back in 6 months time!
