I am so glad I had Dexa scan. I chose to do it mostly because I wanted to get the calorie deficit right for my age/health/fitness goals. I wish I had done it six months ago, as I would have learnt then that my original deficit was way too low! But I came out of the scan with more useful information especially when it comes to my visceral fat (very good) and my bone density which is not great, but I know what to do to improve it now. I appreciated the advice I received from Arthur and I really enjoyed talking to him. I will be back in 6 months time!

The scan process was entirely as described online so in line with expectations eg very easy/convenient and delivering exactly the detailed report that I needed. The surprising added value came from Kevin who provided a very comprehensive analysis of my stats demonstrating his clear knowledge and expertise. I hadn't initially booked a follow up session but I did so purely on the strength of his service and advice regarding what improvements I could make to my exercise regime.
