What a great experience, Iv wanted to do a DEXA scan for years and due to it being my 50th birthday I treated myself - the process was super quick and easy and Kevin was v knowledgeable and informative - i intend to implement the advise given and I will return for sure after Xmas to see what gains have been made - thankyou Kevin 🫶

Had the pleasure of taking my first DEXA with Kevin at the City location yesterday. Kevin is highly knowledgeable, professional and genuinely interested in translating this precision technology to the individual. Cannot recommend the service highly enough and the insights provided are just so important for general health, performance and longevity. I now have a dataset to benchmark all my future scans against for shorter term goals but also for decades to come - (Lean Mass, Bone Mass etc) Another major point I appreciate is this service does not act as a gatekeeper to DEXA technology - what I am so used to back in Ireland - services are very slow to allow ‘self-referral’ and they have this innate myopia in which they cannot understand why healthy people with ambition would want or need access to this tech. I’ll make a point of coming back, thank you Kevin ☺️👍

I am so glad I had Dexa scan. I chose to do it mostly because I wanted to get the calorie deficit right for my age/health/fitness goals. I wish I had done it six months ago, as I would have learnt then that my original deficit was way too low! But I came out of the scan with more useful information especially when it comes to my visceral fat (very good) and my bone density which is not great, but I know what to do to improve it now. I appreciated the advice I received from Arthur and I really enjoyed talking to him. I will be back in 6 months time!

Fantastic experience working with Arthur for my DEXA body scan, I was excited to see what information could be derived and i was totally thrilled to get everything I wanted and more. This will set a course for my training as well as eating program for the months to come. Booked in for followup scans and can confidently say, worth every penny. Had an updated scan and its incredible to see your progress from making changes in near real time.
