Honestly, I’ve tried other services bodpod, inbody, but as the saying goes you get what you pay for! The dexa scan will give you the most accurate reading, giving you a good foundation for your nutritional/fitness journey. I was sent a helpful reminder before the appointment with clear directions. Kevin was excellent, explaining the process clearly (the scan itself was just a few minutes and not at all uncomfortable) and then the advice and consultation afterwards was really helpful. I was impressed with the presentation of the results - lots of helpful information in there, clearly presented.and the opportunity to ask questions and get advice. I was in and out in 35 mins with all the info I wanted. Overall a really great service.
