Extremely easy and informative process. The scans provide a lot of detail and clarity on where you stand and what needs to be worked on. Kevin was great - very friendly and knowledgeable. An amazing experience for anyone who just wants to get some accurate health markers and what tweaks need to be adopted to help with longevity, health and body composition. I was pleasantly surprised to see the results and the amount of lean mass was great. My coach was also excited to see the results and was a good talking point for our weekly checkpoint. I'll definitely be back in the next 6-9 months to get another reading next time I'm down to London. Kevin was superb in explaining the output as there's quite a bit of complexity where he took the time to explain each of the sections in detail. It was a double bonus that Kevin is a trained Nutritionist giving me pointers around the protein intake which was refreshing knowing that I could still make progress on consuming slightly less protein than what my coach has prescribed to me. All in all a worthwhile trip and definitely value for money.
