This is my 4th DEXA scan since 2021. As I'm now in my early 50s and starting menopause, it's very important to know how my bones, muscles and visceral fat are doing. And DEXA is probably the most accurate (out of all the affordable ones) methods to give you this information. It's very revealing and very motivating to do something to improve your results. Arthur was super friendly and warm and reassuring, and very positive too:).
