Had the pleasure of taking my first DEXA with Kevin at the City location yesterday. Kevin is highly knowledgeable, professional and genuinely interested in translating this precision technology to the individual. Cannot recommend the service highly enough and the insights provided are just so important for general health, performance and longevity. I now have a dataset to benchmark all my future scans against for shorter term goals but also for decades to come - (Lean Mass, Bone Mass etc) Another major point I appreciate is this service does not act as a gatekeeper to DEXA technology - what I am so used to back in Ireland - services are very slow to allow ‘self-referral’ and they have this innate myopia in which they cannot understand why healthy people with ambition would want or need access to this tech. Very quick and efficient session, the scan only takes a couple of minutes and results are produced instantly for review. Arthur who ran the scan was very good, we had a very helpful discussion afterwards about my results

The centre is cool, clean, quiet and airy. The scan is quite quick, a few passes of the scanning head and just a relaxing lie-down. Kevin makes me feel like we’re on a shared journey to my better health. He ran through the results and gave advice for my next goals. All very helpful, and the detailed ODF later. The new data presentation with the ‘longevity’ index (and a simple visual) and Action Plan are useful. I first went in 2018 so quite a history. I can clearly see progress which is reinforces motivation, and areas thot need more attention.
