Had the pleasure of taking my first DEXA with Kevin at the City location yesterday. Kevin is highly knowledgeable, professional and genuinely interested in translating this precision technology to the individual. Cannot recommend the service highly enough and the insights provided are just so important for general health, performance and longevity. I now have a dataset to benchmark all my future scans against for shorter term goals but also for decades to come - (Lean Mass, Bone Mass etc) Another major point I appreciate is this service does not act as a gatekeeper to DEXA technology - what I am so used to back in Ireland - services are very slow to allow ‘self-referral’ and they have this innate myopia in which they cannot understand why healthy people with ambition would want or need access to this tech. I’ll make a point of coming back, thank you Kevin ☺️👍

Extremely easy and informative process. The scans provide a lot of detail and clarity on where you stand and what needs to be worked on. Kevin was great - very friendly and knowledgeable. I had no hesitation in booking a follow up to measure my progress in a few months. The scan confirmed my concerns about visceral fat and could well be a very timely intervention. With current January and in person discounts I would highly recommend to anyone serious about their health.

An amazing experience for anyone who just wants to get some accurate health markers and what tweaks need to be adopted to help with longevity, health and body composition. I was pleasantly surprised to see the results and the amount of lean mass was great. My coach was also excited to see the results and was a good talking point for our weekly checkpoint. I'll definitely be back in the next 6-9 months to get another reading next time I'm down to London. Kevin was superb in explaining the output as there's quite a bit of complexity where he took the time to explain each of the sections in detail. It was a double bonus that Kevin is a trained Nutritionist giving me pointers around the protein intake which was refreshing knowing that I could still make progress on consuming slightly less protein than what my coach has prescribed to me. All in all a worthwhile trip and definitely value for money.
