We discussed my results after and I now have a better understanding of how I can improve my fitness. Excellent experience at the new Bodyview site in Bristol. I have a family history of osteoporosis and wanted to check my bone health and understand how to reduce my risk factors. I was also a bit apprehensive about the process as I am far from an elite athlete but Lilly was great - the scan was very quick and the very detailed information it produces was all clearly explained. I came away with a structured plan to build on my longevity score. Highly recommend to anyone in midlife wanting to understand their current state of health.
