Honestly, I’ve tried other services bodpod, inbody, but as the saying goes you get what you pay for! The dexa scan will give you the most accurate reading, giving you a good foundation for your nutritional/fitness journey. I am so glad I had Dexa scan. I chose to do it mostly because I wanted to get the calorie deficit right for my age/health/fitness goals. I wish I had done it six months ago, as I would have learnt then that my original deficit was way too low! But I came out of the scan with more useful information especially when it comes to my visceral fat (very good) and my bone density which is not great, but I know what to do to improve it now. I appreciated the advice I received from Arthur and I really enjoyed talking to him. I will be back in 6 months time!
