I had my progress Dexa scan, seven months after my first scan. As home and gym weight scales are calibrated differently, I wanted the Dexa scan as that’s the gold standard. It was good to see my progress- validation of the consistent work since my initial scan. It was good to have Kevin do my progress scan and discuss the results with me, as he ran my first scan and so had some background regarding my goals etc. He talked me through the report- it’s in an update format that is easier to understand. Great value for money. I look forward to my next progress scan in 6 months.

once again, seen by Arthur who is friendly and very affable. despite my goal from last time not being met, he was understanding of the sitution (injury) he gave me advice about upping my protein due to muscle loss in my injured shoulder, which i wouldnt have been aware of had i not had the scan. i came out feeling i am still on a journey and am not throwing the towel in. thank you
