An amazing experience for anyone who just wants to get some accurate health markers and what tweaks need to be adopted to help with longevity, health and body composition. I was pleasantly surprised to see the results and the amount of lean mass was great. My coach was also excited to see the results and was a good talking point for our weekly checkpoint. I'll definitely be back in the next 6-9 months to get another reading next time I'm down to London. Kevin was superb in explaining the output as there's quite a bit of complexity where he took the time to explain each of the sections in detail. It was a double bonus that Kevin is a trained Nutritionist giving me pointers around the protein intake which was refreshing knowing that I could still make progress on consuming slightly less protein than what my coach has prescribed to me. All in all a worthwhile trip and definitely value for money.

The body scan is quick and efficient. Afterward, you’ll have the chance to review the data with a consultant. Arthur, the consultant for my session, was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. He patiently answered all my questions and was meticulous in analyzing the data breakdown. He explained the report in clear, easy-to-understand terms and offered constructive, inspiring advice. Went in for a scan with Arthur last weekend, and it was a quick and informative experience. Arthur was really easy to talk to and made a great effort to explain what all the metrics meant and going forward what the steps I was planning to take would affect me and the results on future scans, and the results themselves were already really informative for me as they highlighted a discrepancy in muscle mass between my arms, which I'm now going to focus balancing out over the next few months. All in all, a really good experience.
