A trainer in the gym focuses on the hour they are with you. There are 168 hours in a week and your results are driven not just by the training you do in the gym, but by nutrition and lifestyle across the whole week. The Body Transformation programme focuses on all the hours in the week, driving accountability and results further. It also allows full flexibility to train when and where you want – perfect if you travel a lot.

Meet your coach!

After spending five years researching many methods for body transformation and using myself as a guinea pig repeatedly to test the results I realised a lot of the information out there was poor. I knew I wanted to help others achieve the same results I had without the years of confusion and frustration. 

At first I became a personal trainer, working in London for nearly five years. I absolutely loved the job but wanted to be able to have a greater influence on more people. That’s when I decided to move my services online. 

Fast forward to today, and over 5000 one-to-one consultations later, including over 3000 DEXA scans, I’m able to do what I truly love and change so many people’s lives on a daily basis.
